The Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive/Promoting Interoperability Program ended on Dec. 31, 2021. HHSC is ending program systems and functions, including access to the MI360 program portal via TMHP.
The EHR Incentive Program provides incentive payments to certain Medicaid health care professionals and hospitals that meet specific eligibility requirements when they adopt, implement, and meaningfully use certified EHR technology. By law, no new enrollees were allowed into the program after 2016 and the program ends in 2021.
Participants apply for incentives through a single sign-on process on the Medicaid provider site at TMHP.com.
