Eligible professionals (EPs) participating in the Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive/Promoting Interoperability (PI) Program are required to meet the requirements or exclusions of the eight Stage 3 PI Objectives.
The EHR Incentive Program provides incentive payments to certain Medicaid health care professionals and hospitals that meet specific eligibility requirements when they adopt, implement, and meaningfully use certified EHR technology. By law, no new enrollees were allowed into the program after 2016 and the program ends in 2021.
Participants apply for incentives through a single sign-on process on the Medicaid provider site at TMHP.com.

The deadline to attest for program year 2020 in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive / Promoting Interoperability (PI) Program is March 1, 2021. Eligible professionals will have until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, March 1, 2021, to complete and submit an attestation.
