Internet-based electronic learning (e-learning) tools are available to help explain the Texas Medicaid EHR Incentive Program to eligible professionals (EPs) and eligible hospitals (EHs). The tools are interactive and self- guided with voice or closed-captioned narration.
Users may stop and start as needed to learn about a particular focus area and roll their mouse over acronyms and see definitions “pop up” for clarification. Additional links and resources are available to those who would like to learn more. And for those who like verbal explanation, the lessons are also narrated.
